Daredevil Season 3 apparel hits the mark on rumored character inclusion

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

A new tease from the set of Marvel's DAREDEVIL Season 3 has revealed that the comic book drama series is apparently (or, you know, totally) taking aim at making the classic villain Bullseye a part of The Man Without Fear's third chapter. The picture comes from Liz Vastola's personal Instagram account, with the image showing a jacket that sports the nefarious character's signature bullseye behind the "D" in DAREDEVIL.

You can take a look at the sweet swag for yourself below:

In the past, Marvel's DAREDEVIL has introduced us to a host of classic antagonists such as The Kingpin, Elektra, and The Hand. With the introduction of Bullseye, Marvel's devil-horned darling looks to making good on bringing a long-time fan-favorite to the gritty and stylish Netflix saga. Bullseye first arrived on the Marvel scene in the pages of Daredevil #131 circa 1976. The character was created by Marv Wolfman and John Romita Jr. (although his debut features art by Bob Brown and Klaus Janson). Before he became Bullseye, Lester (his surname is unknown) was known as something of a psyhopathic pyromaniac, who landed himself in a highly secure U.S. prison after attempting to kill his own father in a house fire. Not long into his incarceration, Lester escaped, and created the identity of Bullseye, a villain with no powers but who uses his skills as an unchallenged marksman to kill those who stand in his way.

How he will be integrated into the show is unknown at this time, though you can guarantee that his skills and penchant for violence will serve as a hinderance to the Devil of Hell's Kitchen, once the new season of DAREDEVIL arrives. Are you excited about the prospect of Bullseye being a part of DAREDEVIl Season 3? Do you still wake up in the middle of the night, startled by nightmares related to the Mark Steven Johnson-directed 2003 DAREDEVIL film starring Ben Affleck? I mean, at least Colin Farrell made for a decent Bullseye in that questionable execution, right? Let us know your thoughts and feelings in the comments section below.

DAREDEVIL Season 3 will swing onto Netflix alongside IRON FIST Season Two, THE PUNISHER Season Two, and JESSICA JONES Season Three.
