Godzilla is back!!
Oh, sure… Here in the United States, we have our own version, but Toho Pictures is back in the kaiju game, rebooting the King of the Monsters with GODZILLA RESURGENCE. The new film which lands in Japan this summer is the first Godzilla film from Toho since 2004's GODZILLA: FINAL WARS and would mark the 29th Toho GODZILLA picture. That's some longevity for you.
There is a good amount of Godzilla all over this trailer, which is the point, isn't it? Does anyone really care about the humans in a GODZILLA flick – one of the bigger problems plaguing the Warner Bros. film? Of course not. The people want their fair share of Godzilla, and, if you've got a ticket in Japan for July 29, it looks like you're going to get it.
