Teaser for Incredibles 2 unleashed, with a trailer due to arrive on Saturday

The time is nearly upon us, my friends! Disney and Pixar have announced that the first trailer for THE INCREDIBLES 2 will arrive Saturday, November 18th, during College GameDay on ESPN.

Along with the announcement, Walt Disney Studios teased fans of the Fanstic Four-like animated Pixar classic with a short video (seen above) that claims "Something Incredible" is on it's way to satiate us all, before the film's release date of June 15th, 2018.

Set to return is director Brad Bird, who first introduced the Incredible superhero family (Mr. Incredible, Elastigirl, Violet, Dash and Jac-Jack) to Pixar fans everywhere back in November of 2004. Since the original's release, THE INCREDIBLES has been crowned by many as "the best superhero film of all time," despite the movie being animated, not live-action. Returning to the franchise to reprise their roles from the original animation are Craig T. Nelson, Holly Hunter and Samuel L. Jackson.

Is it Saturday yet? Dammit, where's Merlin's ability to travel through time when you really need it? Other than a trailer for TOY STORY 4, I can't imagine being more excited to check out some official footage for THE INCREDIBLES 2. The original ranks within the upper echelon of my personal favorites from the premiere animation studio, and I can't wait to see what this next film has to offer!

Be sure to check back with us tomorrow when the trailer for THE INCREDIBLES 2 goes live!
