If you could get by with the Adam Sandler business model, you'd certainly try. Get paid to make movies with a bunch of your friends on someone else's dime as you travel to the latest vacation destination of your choosing… What the hell is wrong with that if you can get someone to sign off on such a sweet deal?

Granted, other people still have expectations for his films or his comedy, but you know what you're going to get out of a Sandler flick by now and what he's going to put in… or at least you should. Therefore, is it any real surprise that he'll be joined by a bunch of familiar friends in making SANDY WEXLER, the next flick under his Netflix deal?

Kevin James, Terry Crews, Rob Schneider, Colin Quinn and Nick Swardson are joining the cast, in addition to Lamorne Morris and Arsenio Hall. Jennifer Hudson is already on-board as the female lead – a talented singer who becomes a romantic interest for Adam Sandler's title character, an L.A. talent manager.

It's par for the course though as obviously someone is watching these movies to make it a good deal for all parties involved. THE DO-OVER was the most-watched film on Netflix in every territory of the world the streaming content provider hits and, to this day, remains in the top 10 in many countries, including the United States. So it only makes sense for Sandler to keep on keeping on with whatever formula works, because other than those of us who aren't watching his movies anymore anyone, no one seems to be complaining to the point that something needs to change.
