Join us in London this Friday for premiere of JoBlo.com produced The Shelter

Around 20 years ago, I met a dude named John Fallon and we became friends for life! We both loved talking movies and hoped that we could one day make our own. In the year 2000, John became "The Arrow" and basically ran the horror section (aka Arrow in the Head) of the JoBlo Movie Network for the next 15 years, while hustling to make movies on the side. He did pretty well for himself (check out his 20+ movie credits on his IMDB profile) but it wasn't until last year, when he wrote, directed and produced (through his company Bruise Productions) his first full feature film entitled THE SHELTER (co-financed by JoBlo.com and starring Michael Pare) that we finally felt like we had made our own movie together!

Well, the long journey makes its world premiere this Friday August 28th at the London Frightfest Film Festival!! So for anyone living in London interested in checking it out, you can do so by purchasing your tickets here (click on FILM, then choose THE SHELTER and your seating)! Both John and I will also be making the trip to London for the premiere (it doesn't happen every day) so feel free to approach us if you see us hanging around the hotel bar or something (but not in the "loo", man!).This has been a long and arduous process, but we're stoked that the film has been receiving positive reviews thus far so hopefully once it gets sold, the rest of the world will also be able to check out the film, which isn't a straight-up horror movie but rather a slow-burn "mindf*ck" flick. We hope the film and the premiere will be a success and thank everyone for their support. Hope to see some of you there!
