Poster round-up: Rush, V/H/S 2, Red 2 and Pacific Rim!

A bunch of posters for several upcoming movies have popped up online and now they’ve all been brought together for one easy viewing experience.

First up there’s two new character posters for RED 2 from Yahoo! movies featuring Bruce Willis and John Malkovich. The film also stars Anthony Hopkins, Catherine Zeta-Jones, Mary Louise Parker, Helen Mirren, Byung-hun Lee, and Neal McDonough and will be released on July 19th, 2013.

Frank Moses and his motley crew of retired assassins return for a second outing.

EW has a new poster for Ron Howard‘s Formula 1 racing movie RUSH. Chris Hemsworth and Daniel Brühl play rival drivers James Hunt and Niki Lauda and the film also features Natalie Dormer and Olivia Wilde. RUSH is out September 20th, 2013.

A biography of Formula 1 champion driver Niki Lauda and the 1976 crash that almost claimed his life. Mere weeks after the accident, he got behind the wheel to challenge his rival, James Hunt.

EW also has the new poster for V/H/S 2, the sequel to the 2012 horror anthology film. The film follows the same formula as it’s predecessor of using a different director for each segment and this time they have such directors as Jason Eisener (HOBO WITH A SHOTGUN), Gareth Evans (THE RAID), Timo Tjahjanto (MACABRE), Eduardo Sanchez and Greg Hale (THE BLAIR WITCH PROJECT). Simon Barrett and Adam Wingard (A HORRIBLE WAY TO DIE and the upcoming YOU’RE NEXT) contributed to the first film and they are back for the sequel. V/H/S 2 returns to theaters on July 12th, 2013.

Searching for a missing student, two private investigators break into his house and find collection of VHS tapes. Viewing the horrific contents of each cassette, they realize there may be dark motives behind the student’s disappearance.

Finally here’s a couple of viral posters from PACIFIC RIM’s Facebook page that want you to join the PPDC (Pan Pacific Defense Corps). We haven’t heard a lot lately from the massive robots vs giant monsters movie but as we get closer to the film’s release I’m sure marketing will be pushed up to 11 on this sucker. Starring Charlie Hunnam, Idris Elba, Charlie Day, Ron Perlman, Clifton Collins Jr. and directed by Guillermo Del Toro, PACIFIC RIM rocket punches its way into theaters on July 12th, 2013.
