Alice Through The Looking Glass is first Super Bowl TV spot on the field

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

Super Bowl 50 is less than a week away and, with that, expect the typical barrage of TV spots set to come your way in the days ahead as the studios hope to get as much exposure as possible out of ridiculous amount of money they spent for 30 seconds of air time that are going to wind up online for free anyway.

ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS is first out of the locker room and out onto the field, hoping for your attention though.

Lucky us.

The first film in the series, ALICE IN WONDERLAND, is a billion-dollar movie that Disney has under its belt, but, if you ask around, you’re usually hard-pressed to find anyone who loves it. They may have seen it, but having strong positive feelings about it? That’s a different story.

That doesn’t matter though as The Mouse has pressed on with a follow-up that, by the look of this 30-second spot, is more of the same. That sounds great to those hidden supporters who really enjoyed the first flick, but for the rest of us…? Well, you’ll see.

ALICE THROUGH THE LOOKING GLASS hits theaters on May 27, 2016.
