The crew returns in bonkers first official trailer for T2: Trainspotting 2

For 20 years TRAINSPOTTING has been a gateway into the world of adult cinema for many young folks. Thanks to off-the-wall characters (and performances), energetic filmmaking and a bevy of memorable scenes you definitely feel like you’re watching something special—and if you're young enough—something you know you’re definitely not allowed to watch, which makes it even more awesome. Needless to say we need that kind of spirit in these troubled times, and that's why director Danny Boyle is bringing it back with the sequel, T2: TRAINSPOTTING 2, which dropped it's first official trailer today.

The trailer does the perfect job of making the characters and style feel as fresh as it was 20 years ago. It’s as if nothing’s changed. Boyle looks to be embracing the manic energy, while underlying it with deep thought, with the cast right there with him giving it 100 percent. Everything's here from nudity to drugs to chaos to sheer absurdity and beyond. Basically what I’m trying to say is this movie look’s absolutely crazy, and I can't wait to see the full shebang.
