LEGO DC Super-Villains teaser warns that “Chaos is Coming”

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

While the heroes are away the villains will play.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, TT Games, and The LEGO Group released a brand new teaser for the upcoming LEGO DC Super-Villains. The title refers to a brand-new video game set to debut its full trailer tomorrow, May 30th, which will provide players and LEGO enthusiasts with more details related to DC's latest build-a-brick video game adventure.

Although the teaser is brief, it provides us with a look at a vandalized (villainized?) Superman statue, complete with Joker face-paint graffiti. As we hear the iconic jokester's signature laugh in the background, one has to wonder where all the heroes of Gotham, Metropolis, Star City and Bludhaven have gone? For more insight as to who will be joining the Joker for his war against law and order, you can check out WBGames.com, which provides a few visual clues as to the game's roster of rogues. In looking at it myself, I see references to at least a few notorious DC villains: The Joker (obviously), Harley-Quinn, The Riddler, and Two-Face. If you spot any more, be sure to let us know in the comments section below.

While no release date for LEGO DC Super-Villains has been announced at this time, it's to be hoped that tomorrow's full trailer reveal will tell fans everything they need to know. Personally, I've got my fingers crossed for the chance to take control of some DC's most ridiculous villains such as Doctor Cyber, Crazy Quilt, Lilth Clay, Batzarro, Clock King, Clawster, Dreamslayer and many more! It'll be great to have the main players there as well, I just want to get weird with it, you know? We'll bring you more news on this release as it develops.
