Tom Hardy's Splinter Cell movie gets a new writer

A new scribe has been tapped to write the SPLINTER CELL movie. According to Deadline,  Frank John Hughes  will pen the next draft of the script for the planned video game adaptation for New Regency and Ubisoft.
