Exclusive interview: 300 Rise of an Empire’s Callan Mulvey & Jack O’Connell!

With 300: RISE OF THE AN EMPIRE about to blast into theatres there are a new group of warriors facing an impossible battle. In the new film, Callan Mulvey and Jack O’Connell play a father and son at odds. O’Connell portrays Calisto, a young man wanting to join the cause with or without his father’s permission. The two actors are certainly prepared to tread similar ground that Gerard Butler did in the original 300.

When I sat down with both Mulvey and O’Connell, we discussed their on-screen father/son bond. They spoke of working with director Noam Murro and what he brought to the table. And while there was serious combat training, O’Connell wasn’t about to talk about what went on behind the scenes!
