Aquaman action-figures reveal new looks at Ocean Master, Black Manta & more

Last Updated on July 30, 2021

Our first look at characters from many upcoming blockbusters frequently come in the form of toys, and although we've seen quite a bit from Warner Bros.' upcoming AQUAMAN, the realm of action-figures still has a few things to show us. We'll finally be getting the first trailer for James Wan's AQUAMAN at San Diego Comic-Con this weekend (JoBlo will be attending to keep you updated on all things Comic-Con), but Entertainment Weekly has a few images of several AQUAMAN action-figures to tide us over, including looks at the Ocean Master, Black Manta, and more.

Jason Momoa as Aquaman in his traditional green and gold costume which is referred to as his "battle suit."

Amber Heard as Mera.

Patrick Wilson as Ocean Master.

Yahya Abdul-Mateen II as Black Manta.

Aquaman (Momoa) with a Great White Shark wearing Atlantian battle armor.

King Orm (Wilson) and Aquaman (Momoa) with the Brine King.

Willem Dafoe as Vulko with his Hammerhead shark.

An Atlantean Soldier.

If you've hoping to find out more about the film, be sure to check out our own Editor-in-Chief Paul Shirey's comprehensive four-part report from the AQUAMAN set here, here, here, and here. It's quite the read and will surely get you pumped for the upcoming film, particularly if you need a palate cleanser after JUSTICE LEAGUE. Warner Bros. certainly needs a win in the DC department, and director James Wan has teased that AQUAMAN will be unlike anything we've seen before. "The water world my movie takes place in is so separate and so far apart from previous DC movies it’s like I’m making my own sci-fi fantasy film," Wan said. "This is a whole new underwater world nobody has seen before in live action." Just a few more days until we get a taste of what Wan has cooked up for ourselves.

AQUAMAN will hit theaters on December 21, 2018.
