Bigger is better in new posters from Ant-Man and The Wasp

Coming in on the heels of the biggest film in the Marvel Cinematic Universe may not seem like the best idea, but after the grim events of AVENGERS: INFINITY WAR, perhaps ANT-MAN AND THE WASP will deliver us some much-needed super-heroic levity. The upcoming sequel finds Scott Lang (Paul Rudd) and Hope Van Dyne (Evangeline Lilly) teaming up to enter the Quantum Realm, where they must search for the still-alive Janet Van Dyne (Michelle Pfeiffer). As we've seen from the trailers, Lang will also frequently shift into Giant-Man, which I'm quite excited about following his scene-stealing turn in CAPTAIN AMERICA: CIVIL WAR. A pair of new posters for the film, one for IMAX and the other for Dolby Cinema, have been released, which you can check out below!

The official synopsis for ANT-MAN AND THE WASP:

From the Marvel Cinematic Universe comes “Ant Man and the Wasp,” a new chapter featuring heroes with the astonishing ability to shrink. In the aftermath of “Captain America: Civil War,” Scott Lang grapples with the consequences of his choices as both a Super Hero and a father. As he struggles to rebalance his home life with his responsibilities as Ant-Man, he’s confronted by Hope van Dyne and Dr. Hank Pym with an urgent new mission. Scott must once again put on the suit and learn to fight alongside the Wasp as the team works together to uncover secrets from the past.

ANT-MAN AND THE WASP will hit theaters on July 6, 2018.
