Sarandon and Weaver? When I think of the Sigster, I think of her pushing aliens out of airlocks. And begrudgingly accepting the overtures of a Ghostbusting Bill Murray. And competing with Melanie Griffith to see who has the most X-treme hairstyle/shoulder pads.
When I think of Sarandon, I think of Rocky Horror, and maybe the Client. And waiting for her to slip Geena Davis some tongue, but never getting it.
And maybe that she looks like if whoever has their hands around her throat squeezes a little more tightly, those eyeballs will once and for all pop out of her skull and go rolling across the hardwood floor. And then a dog with come by and try to eat one. But it will only succeed in choking - because those eyeballs are so damn big.
If you confuse these two actress, you are definitely dating yourself as a grommet. |

Tim Allen is directing a film, because acting isn’t enough, and he just landed some serious female talent in the from of Jeanne Tripplehorn and Sigourney Weaver, not mention a character actor at the top of his game in the form of J.K. Simmons (JUNO). The film is called CRAZY ON THE OUTSIDE, and since Allen is directing, he gets to make himself the star too. Allen will play a newly released prisoner who tries to persuade his single-mom parole officer (Tripplehorn) to date him. His struggle to rebuild his life is further complicated by a loving but manipulative older sister (Weaver) and her sarcastic, taunting husband (Simmons). Ray Liotta and Kelsey Grammer are also in this one.
