TROPIC THUNDER

By all accounts, the upcoming Ben Stiller directed comedy TROPIC THUNDER is all kinds of awesome.

The story centers on a group of actors, the likes of which include Stiller himself, Jack Black, Jay Baruchel, Brandon T. Jackson as a character named "Alpa Chino" and the inimitable Robert Downey Jr. as a rigorously method Australian actor who undergoes surgery to become a southern black man, who get unknowingly thrust into a real life war situation.

Add in a batshit looney Nick Nolte, Justin Theroux, Steve Coogan and a few choice cameos and you have a yourself a golden comedy right there. Just look at these brand spanking new character posters we recently received. Just awesome. The mayhem ensues August 15th.

i'm really looking forward to the movie, but the poster was just ok. and i have seen these in quite sometime now.
