Despite the vampire romantic drama TWILIGHT dropping just about 62% of its audience in its second week out, the downright stupefying opening weekend take guaranteed that the second book in the series, New Moon, would be placed on the development fast track. And that's exactly what's happening as the film's human star, Kristen Stewart, recently told Ryan Seacrest on KIIS FM that the second film is scheduled to start production in March for a probable year-end release, adding: "A lot of the book takes place in Italy, and I think we're going to get to go to Italy, which is so cool. For a while there, they were like, Oh, we don't know if we have the money, but now I think we may have the money!" No goddamn shit you have the money. As long as the story features more hot blond Nikki Reed (pictured) and less swoony teen vampire angst, this shit might be more tolerable. Though probably not.
Extra Tidbit:
Stewart and vampiric co-star Robert Pattinson will reportedly be getting a 12 million dollar payday for NEW MOON. Isn't that, like, totally awesome!

(*sigh*) I remember the good ol' days when vampires killed humans but now they've become sooooooo gay.... Welcome to 21st century, I guess.
This sequel that's coming may have already started a new genre in romance i.e. from romantic-drama->romantic comedy->romantic-vampire tales(?)..We've always cried for originality from Hollywood, but THIS....??..Whatever. |

READ THE BOOKS...
The books were really great. But the movie is the worst I´ve seen a long time. Why they always change storylines in movies?! Give me a cam and I would make it better!!!!!!!! |

I won't lie, I'm excited.
Can't wait for all in the series to be completed. There are four, after all.
As a dude, I think other dudes should stop hating it without having seen it. It's annoying. |

THANK GOD...
There are only three books in the series...
There are, right? Shit, I hope so. I'm a big vampire fanatic, and even i wouldn't touch this shit with a ten foot pole. |
