Two new Persia pics

A couple of new images from Disney's PRINCE OF PERSIA: SANDS OF TIME have surfaced from beneath the... sand. Not the most exciting two images you'll be seeing today, but here they are nevertheless, courtesy of French website Fantasy.fr.

It's not really a big deal, but it's just always funny to me... every time I see images of Jake Gyllenhaal in this, I'm reminded of ED WOOD and the scene where Wood is talking to Orson Welles (played brilliantly by Vincent D'Onofrio) about how movie executives always want the wrong actors to play certain parts in their movies. Welles responds, "Tell me about it. I'm supposed to direct a thriller for Universal. They want Charlton Heston to play a Mexican!"

PRINCE OF PERSIA opens May 28, 2010.

Extra Tidbit: The movie being alluded to in that quote is the 1958 film noir classic, TOUCH OF EVIL.
