This might sound odd from someone writing for a movie website, but I've been trying to avoid too much reportage of THE DARK KNIGHT. It just feels like the hype saturation-bombing has started far too early (and to be honest I thought BATMAN BEGINS was only two-thirds of a good movie), but... the people gotta know!
And I guess they gotta vote, too. The new Bat-logo was unveiled the other day, and now a fresh scrap from the studio: a mockup site promoting noble-jawed DA Harvey Dent, aka future villain Two-Face. It's probably safe to assume that he wins the election, being a buddy of Bruce Wayne and all. I just hope he watches out for criminals wielding bottled acid, because who knows what could happen.
Extra Tidbit:
Before the campy 1960s BATMAN TV show was canceled, Clint Eastwood was supposedly approached to play Two-Face.
