This will be amazing. Hope they can stick to their hard R plan and still get financing. |

HOW THE HELL ARE THEY GOING TO MAKE THIS?
The comic itself was a bit obtuse like all Grant Morrison's writing gets sometimes. The animals chatted to eachother in repeated lines and nonsense.
Just don't really see this working as a film--maybe I'm wrong though. |

Excellent comicbook - quite tragic in many respects. As a live action film... I dunno. If they got Chris Cunningham to do the cybernetic effects I'd be impressed. |

HARD R?
Seriously, if this can shoot for a hard R the TEENAGE MUTANT NINJA TURTLES can get their long over due ass kicking vigilante style film that needs to be R rated as well.
An R rated TMNT movie for adults would do well with adults, much like a kiddie rated did do decent with adolescents.
Because it'll now get the demographic that has become adult, and is not into the kiddie treatment of the TURTLES anymore.
I sense that the TURTLES could do well considering the near 50/50 split of those who dig the kiddie TURTLE adventures and those who can now put box office power behind the adult R rated TURTLES flick.
There's money to be made on an R rated turtles flick.
And it's one of the rare franchises that can really be split from kiddie stuff, to adult stuff and survive in both cinematic worlds. |

There's no way a studio is going to touch a hard R-rated film about killer animal cyborgs unless the filmmakers make it a comedy. It's sad but true. It does sound very interesting though. |

WOW3!
Amazing! C'mon, K.F.Panda was much more than just cute, the action was stunning, the designs and the level of details was really impressive. Now if this guy Stevenson brings the same skill to WE3... which is a serious piece of Watership Down meets Robocop meets Dyango subversive craziness...the result could be mindboggling. And, plus, it could finally open the floodgate and put more of Grant Morrison's twisted creativity on the big screen! And Quitely's supercool artwork too. |

Out of all of Morrison’s extraordinary works, this will be the first fuckin adaptation?

i was shocked to hear they are making this. if done right, this film would be absolutely incredible. killer android pets, military secrecy, death and mayhem all wrapped around a touching story of just wanting to go home. SWEET. |
