Rachel Weisz Robert Rodriguez was at some point last year close to signing Angelina Jolie for the title role in his SIN CITY sequel A DAME TO KILL FOR. She had publicly expressed interest in starring in the film but talks have apparently fizzled and, according to a tip an anonymous scooper sent Josh from over at Cinema Blend, Rodriguez may now be looking to Rachel Weisz to star as the titular dame who's hot enough to inspire murderous thoughts. Josh admits that at this point this should be treated as nothing more than an unsubstantiated rumor but if it were true, what do you guys think about it? I've always been quite the fan of Weisz' hotness so I've no doubt she'd be just as good a dangerous bombshell sexpot as Jolie. In the meantime, you can check out Weisz next in the romantic comedy DEFINITELY, MAYBE, Kar Wai Wong's drama MY BLUEBERRY NIGHTS and alongside Vince Vaughn in the holiday comedy FRED CLAUS.

i think i'm the only guy on earth who prefers weisz to jolie, jolie hasn't made a decent movie in years she's kinda hot yeah but c'mon weisz is a dozen times hotter although monica bellucci is THE perfect choice for the role she IS eva and she will be ok with the nude scenes and is a great actress in fact bellucci is perfect for any role that requires nudity and acting

Logic, jolie is the most overrated actress most likely in history,and people adopt impoverished children all the time,but they don't parade it around like they're trophies.I've loved Weisz since the MUMMY days.She's class and style all the way,not to mention that classic beauty.Weisz all the way!!!!

It's nothing personal against Angelina, but Ava IS supposed to look more like a classy lady than an obvious sex bomb. Rachael has that particular quality. And yes, she is absolutely gorgeous, but not in an overt, 'fuck me' way. SHE is a lady.

I really don't see what all the hype is regarding Jolie! She's not that hot and can't really act and I'm tired of seeing her in every magazine. We're supposed to see her as some great person for adopting foreign kids yet she won't speak to her own father! Great family person! Go Rachel!

Judging from that photo up there, I'd say Weisz would do just fine, should Jolie end up not doing it. Tough choice, though. This is the kind of problem I enjoy having! =)

Weisz is no doubt a good looking woman but she doesn't hold a candle to Jolie. She definitely doesn't ooze sex appeal like Jolie, that's for sure. Plus like numerous people have already stated Jolie will probably be more willing to get naked. Which automatically bumps her up a couple spots.

I'd much rather have Weisz than Jolie. I absolutely cannot stand that woman (there's just something about her). I honestly don't think she's all that hot, either. But that's just me.

Thank God! I cannot stand Jolie. Not only is she disgustingly ugly, she can't act worth shit. At least Weisz can act her way out of a barn... I think I may have mixed up 2 insults.

I LOVE Weisz and think she is probably a better actress than Angelina, but I have read the graphic novel and think that Jolie is better for the part. Also, I don't know if RR is going to pull a "Jessica Alba" and take the nudity out of the character, because if he leaves it in, I think Jolie would be more willing to do it than Weisz. If he goes the Jessica Alba route and takes it out, Weisz wou...

Personally i think Angelina is the hottest women on the planet so I would prefer if she was in sin city 2....BUT Rachel Weisz is a good choice too.
