Write Your Own Review: Kick-Ass!

The buzz online for Matthew Vaughn’s KICK-ASS has been near deafening. Ever since it opened to rave reviews out of Austin’s Butt-Numb-A-Thon, early reviews have ranged from highly positive to absolutely spectacular. Our own Chris Bumbray says in his review that the film is a “must see” noting “I can’t remember the last time I’ve had this much fun at a movie!”

But that’s not to say that the movie will be for everyone. Roger Ebert infamously came out against the film in his one-star review. The movie is currently rolling with a 75% positive rating at Rotten Tomatoes so it’s not universally loved. It does seem to be appealing to a specific audience though.

With seemingly everyone having the chance to talk this movie up, it’s now YOUR chance. The movie opened last night at midnight showings and we’ll leave this article up all weekend for you to write your own review of the film below.
