The bearded comic who's name has been dropped in a sh*tload of projects since his breakout turn in THE HANGOVER is in negotiation with the studio who wants him to join Antonio Banderas and Salma Hayek in the Shrek spin-off PUSS IN BOOTS to voice the poor guy who has a big fall from the wall, Humpty Dumpty.
Rookie scribe Tom Wheeler is currently rewriting the first draft from CLOUDY WITH A CHANCE OF MEATBALLS co-helmer Chris Miller, who'll be directing this one as well. The film is currently set for a November 2011 release, but it's been talked about for so long that I'm in a "seeing is believing" mode about it. Plus SHREK is a bit played out if you ask me...

Must be a friggin bummer to do a film with Salma Hayek but not get to actually work with her in person...
