Ant-Man news: Hank Pym’s company name/logo & Corey Stoll talks Darren Cross

There hasn't been that much ANT-MAN action on Instagram since Evangeline Lilly showed of her Wasp look, but recently an image was posted on the site featuring an extra from the film wearing a security guard uniform for Hank Pym's company. Although it is called Pym Particles in the Marvel comics, the name of the company in the Peyton Reed movie will apparently be Pym Technologies.

Some believe the name change might have something to do with Corey Stoll's Darren Cross/Yellowjacket, who is in charge of Cross Technological Enterprises in the comics, and will take over Hank Pym's company in the Marvel film.

Speaking of Corey Stoll and Darren Cross, the actor was asked what he loves about the character in an interview with Clevver at this summer's SDCC.

He is not a villain in the vein of Thanos or Loki, who are villains that know it. [Cross] is a guy who is not that dissimilar from Michael Douglas' character, Hank Pym. A brilliant scientist, who is not ethically pure. I think a great thing about the whole movie is that everybody in this movie is in those shades of gray a little bit. I think it will be a fun character to create.

Stoll also says he would love to have the power to shrink, and thinks Ant-Man could take out the Hulk.

It's so weird…if somebody were to [ask] 'What [super]power would you want?' you wouldn't say, 'I'd like to be able to shrink down to the size of an ant.' That seems like being the opposite of a superhero, but when you actually think about all the things you could do if you were that small,  and you retained your fullsize strength, you would be sort of unbeatable. Like, I think the Ant-Man could beat the Hulk. He could shrink down and go up his nose, and you know, crush his brain. How is the Hulk gonna beat the Ant-Man? He'd be chasing him around.

Peyton Reed's ANT-MAN opens on July 17, 2015.
