NEIGHBORS 2: SORORITY RISING comes out today, and in one of the most inspired movie promos I've seen in a long time, Zac Efron and Seth Rogen have reteamed to fight an even worse neighbor: the ravenous undead. Combining Rogen's charm and Efron's frattiness into a twisted parody of Fear the Walking Dead, it's a pretty decent comedy sketch with effects that are better than half the zombie flicks I've seen recently.
