Evil Dead: The Game – Ash vs. Evil Dead’s Dana DeLorenzo is voicing Kelly

Last month, the trailer for the very cool-looking Evil Dead: The Game revealed that Evil Dead franchise hero Ash Williams (with Bruce Campbell providing his voice) wouldn't be the only playable character we recognize from the films and TV series. In this game, Ash is joined by Scott from the original The Evil Dead, Lord Arthur from Army of Darkness, and Kelly from the Ash vs. Evil Dead TV show. Kelly was played by Dana DeLorenzo on Ash vs. Evil Dead – and now DeLorenzo has officially confirmed that she will be voicing Kelly in the game!

This is great news, because DeLorenzo did an awesome job as Kelly in the TV show, and the end of Ash vs. Evil Dead left me wanting to see more of Ash's "Ghost Beaters" buddies. Now they need to add Ray Santiago as Pablo into this game at some point.

This co-op and PvP multiplayer game will allow fans to

work together as a team of four survivors, exploring, looting, crafting, managing your fear, and finding key artifacts to seal the breach between worlds. Or take control of the powerful Kandarian Demon to hunt Ash and his friends while possessing Deadites, the environment, and even the survivors themselves as you seek to swallow their souls!

Plenty of surprises await in this gore-filled battle against evil that captures the characters, horror, humor, and action from the franchise. Battle across memorable locations including the infamous cabin in the woods, brought to life with tons of terrifying visuals and all-new dialogue from Bruce Campbell. Discover more than 25 weapons, including Ash’s Gauntlet, Boomstick, and chainsaw, and advance in a variety of skill trees to grow stronger and survive in this fun co-op and PvP experience.

The result of a collaboration between Saber Interactive, Boss Team Games, Renaissance Pictures, STUDIOCANAL, MGM, and Lionsgate, Evil Dead: The Game is coming to PS5, Xbox Series X|S, PS4, Xbox One, Switch, and PC sometime in 2021.
