“American Horror Story” season 2 enlists James Cromwell

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Oscar-nominee James Cromwell, best remembered for his role as an amiable farmer in BABE, will check into the second season of “American Horror Story,” reports Deadline.com. Said second season takes place in a mental institution, and it looks like Cromwell will be right in the thick of the madness.

Cromwell will play the role of Dr. Arden, who works at the institution and goes head-to-head with his boss, played by Jessica Lange.

Cromwell and Lange are joined by Chloe Sevigny, Zachary Quinto, Evan Peters, Lizzie Brocheré, Lily Rabe, Sarah Paulson and Adam Levine in the second season of “American Horror Story,” which will air this fall.

Hopefully soon we’ll get more details on what this season is actually about, as well as a premiere date.
