What an apt title…I’ve already LEFT BEHIND this awfully stupid Kirk Cameron remake.
But alas, it’s our job to tell you that Ashley Tisdale (seen) has been added to the rapturous thriller LEFT BEHIND, which also stars Nic Cage and Chad Michael Murray. Word from Deadline is Tisdale will play Chloe Steele, the daughter of Cage’s Ray Steele character.
The story finds the biblical prophecy of Armageddon begins when the Rapture instantly takes all believers in Christ from the Earth. A reporter left behind learns that the Anti-Christ will soon take power.
Tisdale, of “High School Musical” fame, will soon be seen in SCARY MOVIE 5. She also seems to have a few Christmas kids movies in the works as well. Looks like LEFT BEHIND gives her a chance to potentially mine some R-rated territory. Wait, never mind, even the original was PG-13. Another reason this sucker should be LEFT BEHIND.
