Check out four brand new shots from Rob Zombie’s Lords of Salem

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

The last update we got on Rob Zombie’s THE LORDS OF SALEM came exactly one month ago in the form of a bootleg teaser trailer for the flick. Now while we’re still waiting for an official release of said trailer we do have a few new shots from the flick for you guys to gawk at!

Mr. Zombie took to his official website to post a small update on LORDS OF SALEM, for those of us wondering what the deal is. Check it:

It’s about time we had some updates from THE LORDS OF SALEM! Here are some pics to end your week on. Enjoy.

By the way, for those of you wondering if THE LORDS OF SALEM is finished. The answer is no. I had to take a break due to the Megadeth tour and a few other things. I will be returning to work on the film in July to finish it up.

With the update the filmmaker/rock star also shared four new images from the film. Unlike previous LORDS OF SALEM shots, these new pics are actually pretty entertaining! Don’t take my word for it though, I’ve gone and tossed that shite up above and below for your viewing pleasure.

Heidi, a blonde rock chick, DJs at a local radio station, and together with the two Hermans (Whitey and Munster) forms part of the “Big H Radio Team”.

A mysterious wooden box containing a vinyl record arrives for Heidi, “a gift from the Lords”. She assumes it’s a rock band on a mission to spread their word. As Heidi and Whitey play the Lords’ record, it starts to play backwards, and Heidi experiences a flashback to a past trauma.

Later Whitey plays the Lords’ record, dubbing them the Lords of Salem, and to his surprise, the record plays normally and is a massive hit with listeners.

The arrival of another wooden box from the Lords presents the Big H Team with free tickets, posters and records to host a gig in Salem. Soon Heidi and her cohorts find that the gig is far from the rock spectacle they’re expecting: the original Lords of Salem are returning, and they’re out for BLOOD.

THE LORDS OF SALEM, which is still without a release date, stars Sid Haig, Bruce Davidson, Christopher Knight, Ken Foree, Billy Drago, Richard Lynch, John Five, Lisa Marie, Maria Conchita Alonso (below), Sheri Moon Zombie, Ernest Thomas, Michael Shamus Wiles, Barbara Crampton, Brandon Cruz, Jeff Daniel Phillips, Michael Berryman, Patricia Quinn, Judy Gleeson and Dee Wallace Stone.
