Could we see Connie Britton returning to American Horror Story?

Last Updated on July 23, 2021

Earlier this week we shared how Dylan McDermott, who starred in the first two seasons of the hit FX show "American Horror Story", expressed his interest in returning in some fashion to the world of AHS, and now Connie Britton, who played McDermott's wife in the incredible first season but didn't return for the second season "Asylum", has shared her desire to make an appearance in the current season, "Coven".

Speaking with Rolling Stone, Britton was asked if she would consider joining the current cast of "American Horror Story" in this witchy new season, to which she replied…

I hope so. I've actually have been talking to them this season, because they're down in New Orleans and I'm in Nashville. I'm said, "Okay, let's see if we can try to figure this out."

And Britton, who is currently starring in the hit ABC series "Nashville", says she has her pointy witch hat at the ready if the opportunity to reunite with her AHS family arises, stating…

I'm like, "I'll put that on and jump on a plane and go to New Orleans." Yes, I would do that. As long as we can figure it out with both productions, I'm in. I hope it happens.

As do we, Connie!

And how cool would it be if she was able to make a return alongside her season 1 hubby, Dylan McDermott? Make it happen, Ryan Murphy!
