Don't Kill It Dolph Lundgren Mike Mendez

We're exactly two weeks away from the first day of this year's edition of Alamo Drafthouse's Fantastic Fest, which is set to take place at the Alamo Drafthouse South Lamar in Austin, Texas from September 22nd to September 29th. We've previously shared two waves of programming announcements from the festival – you can find the first wave here and the second wave here – and now the third and final wave has arrived, featuring a whole lot more cool screenings and guest events.

Among the awesome events and appearances: Filmmaker Nacho Vigalondo, known in Fantastic Fest circles as the Karaoke King, will be on hand to present his kaiju film COLOSSAL. Wu-Tang Clan founder RZA will be performing a live re-scoring of the 1978 Shaw Brothers film THE 36th CHAMBER OF SHAOLIN. Paul Schrader will be there with his crime film DOG EAT DOG, while Dolph Lundgren "promises to pummel Austin and demons alike" with his horror movie DON'T KILL IT. Bruce Campbell will be at the festival not only to hold a special screening of the first two episodes of Ash vs. Evil Dead's second season, but will also be sitting down with critic/film historian Leonard Maltin for a conversation that will span his entire career.
