First images from the next Walking Dead episode feature old familiar faces

WARNING there be spoilers ahead!

It's no secret that "The Walking Dead" is reintroducing the villainous character of "The Governor", played by David Morrissey; the last episode ended with a shot of the character, and the one-eyed baddie is going to be heavily featured in the next episode, "Live Bait," as indicated on the promo we showed you on Monday.

Entertainment Weekly has gone ahead and posted three new photos from "Live Bait," all of which feature Morrissey looking a bit down in the dumps. (And certainly having experience some weight loss.) And why not, the guy has presumably had a rough go of it since he slaughtered a contingent of his neighbors and ran away with his tail between his legs.

We've also got a photo of The Governor's trusted lieutenant Martinez (Jose Pablo Cantillo), who has evidently stuck with the man through thick and thin.

Here's the synopsis for "Live Bait":

A familiar face returns as each member of the group struggles to find his or her humanity in a world of constant threats.

The new episode of "The Walking Dead" airs on Sunday, November 17th.
