Found footage lives with trailer & poster for #Screamers!

I'm not going to hide my love of found footage films to anyone at anytime. I love the subgenre and miss it dearly now that it has basically all but gone extinct. But speaking of found footage, there's a new film coming our way soon via Dread Central Presents!

Synopsis:

Internet Gurus Tom Brennan and Chris Grabow know what sells on the internet. They’ve built their viral video site gigaler.com into a money-making machine, primarily by providing the audience with web #Screamers – videos that distract the audience then scare them to death. When the two internet gurus investigate the authenticity of a series of these viral videos, they uncover something far more sinister and terrifying about the people behind them.

The flick is directed by Dean Matthew Ronalds, who wrote the script along with Tom Malloy, who also produces and stars alongside Chris Bannow, Griffin Matthews, Emanuela Galliussi, Abbi Snee, and Theodora Miranne. #SCREAMERS hits select theaters April 5 and VOD April 17.
