Jeffrey Dean Morgan to beat monsters to death in Rampage

A lot of people rightfully now know Jeffrey Dean Morgan as Negan from THE WALKING DEAD. But he will always be The Comedian from WATCHMEN to me. That said, Jeffrey Dean Morgan has just joined The Rock in the 80s arcade game monster movie RAMPAGE so maybe his character from this movie will be the one is known for. But seriously, listen to this character description:

Morgan will play Agent Russell, who works for a covert government division called OGA and rolls with serious swagger and attitude. "

"… rolls with serious swagger and a baseball– I mean… attitude." Rolls with serious swagger. Urgh. But, hey, you never know, RAMPAGE could end up being badass. Hell, it involves three gigantic mutant animals destroying a city in a street fight. Can't be all bad.

Especially with The Comedian rolling serious swagger. Like he rolls any other kind.

RAMPAGE is directed by Brad Peyton from a script by Ryan Engle, Carlton Cuse & Ryan Condal and Adam Sztykiel, and stars Dwayne Johnson, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Naomie Harris, Malin Akerman, Joe Manganiello, Jake Lacy, Marley Shelton, PJ Byrne, Jack Quaid, Matt Gerald and Breanne Hill.
