It was literally only hours ago that Jake dropped the bombshell that the great Charlie Sheen would be playing the US President in Robert Rodriguez’s MACHETE KILLS and here I am with another impressive MACHETE KILLS update!
Unlike the previous updates, today’s news has nothing to do with casting and is instead a behind the scenes look at the film! The sequel finds the titular ex-federale recruited by the U.S. government to stop a terrorist named Mendez the Madman, who happens to be Mexico’s leading cartel dealer.
The unbelievable cast for MACHETE KILLS includes Sheen, Alba, Danny Trejo, Edward James Olmos, Zoe Saldana, Michelle Rodriguez, Sofia Vergara, Demian Bechir, Amber Heard and Mel Gibson. Kind of hard not to be stoked for this one with a cast like that, right?
