Last Updated on August 10, 2021

A new episode of our Paranormal Network video series Mytheries has arrived online, and in this one we're diving deep into the mystery of The Loch Ness Monster, a creature that may or may not exist, but has been capturing imaginations since the late 1800s, inspiring many stories, books, movies, and more. To hear what we've been able to dredge up about the legendary Nessie, check out the video embedded above!

Episodes of the Mytheries series

showcase various myths and mysteries from around the world and shine the light on incidents that have rocked history and can still not be explained.  Each episode will be about a creature/myth/or in some cases people that are connected to it.  To this day the creepiest thing about vampires is the fact that basically every culture in the world has a vampire myth but they never communicated to each other…so how did they know about them too?  This is the place where Myth and Mystery combine.

The Loch Ness Monster episode was Written and Narrated by Jessica Dwyer, Edited by Zakk Denton, Produced by Jason Hewlett, and Executive Produced by Berge Garabedian.

Movies that have been inspired by the legend of the Loch Ness Monster over the years include Incident at Loch Ness, The Loch Ness Horror, and Loch Ness Terror. Of course, Scooby Doo investigated this mystery at one point as well, and there have been movies like The Crater Lake Monster that were inspired by Nessie but changed the location.

Episodes of Mytheries that delved into the legends of Atlantis, Lilith, and the Kraken can be seen below.
