Juno Mak’s Rigor Mortis gets a new clip

Last Updated on August 2, 2021

By now it’s no secret that Juno Mak’s vampire film RIGOR MORTIS looks clownshit insane, and to prove it even further we have yet another clip that gives us a nice long look at some of the gorgeous imagery that is present throughout the film. The latest clip comes on the heels of our exclusive clip we hit you folks with yesterday, so if you missed that one you can check it out right HERE.

Directed by visionary artist Juno Mak and produced by THE GRUDGE's Takashi Shimizu, RIGOR MORTIS goes like this:

A washed-up actor, desperate and suicidal, moves into a haunted Hong Kong apartment housing tower where supernatural creatures, ghost hunters, taoist exorcists, and the souls of the undead walk among his neighbors.

An eerie, chilling homage to the classic Chinese vampire movies of the 1980s, RIGOR MORTIS is the directorial debut of Hong Kong film maverick Juno Mak. Co-produced by J-Horror icon Takashi Shimizu, the film reunites some of the original cast members of the classic MR. VAMPIRE series.

RIGOR MORTIS hits VOD and limited cities – including New York, Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego, Seattle, Honolulu, Houston, Lubbock and Toronto – on June 6th. Then it makes its way to DVD on July 8th; pre-order it right HERE.
