New international trailer for Goodnight Mommy, starring The Schwarz Twins

Back in September we learned that Radius-TWC had picked up North American rights to GOODNIGHT MOMMY, a new thriller that saw its premiere at last years Venice Film Festival. Coming at us from Austrian directing duo Veronika Franz and Severin Fiala, it takes place in an isolated home and centers on a pair of twins whose mother returns home from the hospital. But with a bandaged-up face and off-kilter behavior, the twins begin to think that perhaps this isn’t their mother after all.

We hit you with the first international trailer for this creeping looking flick a few months ago (peep it HERE) and now we're back at ya with the second international trailer which does a solid job of selling me on wanting to check this one out ASAP. No word yet as to when we can expect Radius-TWC to release it, but we'll keep you posted.

The synopsis:

10-year-old twins wait for their mother. When she returns with her head wrapped in bandages after surgery, nothing is as it was before. Stern and distant now, she shuts the family off from the outside world. Starting to doubt that this woman is actually their mother, the boys are determined to find the truth by any means.

Twins Elias Schwarz and Lukas Schwarz star alongside Susanne Wuest. GOODNIGHT MOMMY is expected to have a 2015 release. Keep an eye here for more!
