The new trailer for RESIDENT EVIL: THE FINAL CHAPTER has dropped, and it's a lot more in depth than the previous trailer/Guns N' Roses music video we've seen. As Milla Jovovich prepares for the end of the world as she knows it, she has to fight hordes of zombies and… a weird dragon monster? Full disclosure, I haven't seen a single film in the RESIDENT EVIL franchise. Are there dragon monsters in those other movies? Please let me know, because I must check them out immediately if that's true. Check out the trailer below!
The film's story picks up immediately after the events of RETRIBUTION and:
finds humanity is on its last legs. Alice must return to Raccoon City, where the Umbrella Corporation is preparing for a final strike against the survivors of the apocalypse.
In a race against time Alice will join forces with old friends, and an unlikely ally, in an action packed battle with undead hordes and new mutant monsters. Between losing her superhuman abilities and Umbrella’s impending attack, this will be Alice’s most difficult adventure as she fights to save humanity, which is on the brink of oblivion.
Written and directed by Paul W.S. Anderson, THE FINAL CHAPTER stars Milla Jovovich, Ali Larter, Iain Glen, Shawn Roberts, Ruby Rose, Eoin Macken, William Levy, Fraser James, Rola, and Lee Joon-gi.
The flick infects theaters on January 17, 2017.
