Pandorum’s Antje Traue joins the cast of exorcism flick The Seventh Son

German actress Antje Traue has made quite a splash in Hollywood since appearing in PANDORUM a few years ago. She not only has three films yet to come out, including MAN OF STEEL, she just locked another job with Legendary Pictures…

According to Variety, Traue (above) has joined the cast of THE SEVENTH SON, Sergey Bodrov’s exorcism flick based on Joseph Delaney’s novel THE SPOOK’S APPRENTICE. No further details have been given regarding her role at this time.

Also starring Jeff Bridges, Kit Harington, Ben Barnes, Julianne Moore (below), Lilah Fitzgerald and Alicia Vikander – THE SEVENTH SON is centered on:

Tom Ward, a young boy training to be an exorcist in the 1700’s, must learn how to exorcise ghosts, contain witches, and bind boggarts. Trouble begins when he’s tricked into releasing the most evil witch in the world.

Sound like kiddy fare to me, but with the reunion of Maude and Jeff Lebowski…I can’t really resist. This Traue chick ain’t too hard on the eyes either…
