Yesterday the cast of Paul Feig's upcoming GHOSTBUSTERS was revealed, with Kristen Wiig, Melissa McCarthy, Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones set to star as the all-female Ghostbusting team. Now Feig has taken to Twitter to reveal when we can expect to see the film hit cinemas.

Kate Dippold co-wrote the Ghostbusters script with Feig. The film is eyeing a summer shoot in New York.
Rumor has it that Feig has left the door open for original cast members to return and, in all honesty, that's about the only way to get me interested in this. Having Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, or Ernie Hudson involved in some capacity would make this an easier pill to swallow.
Look for GHOSTBUSTERS to haunt theaters on July 22, 2016.
