Prometheus Blu-ray trailer and specs are finally here!

PROMETHEUS looks like the Blu-ray of the year, especially for horror fans. Ridley Scott’s high-minded epic did boffo box office, but left many questions unanswered. Said mystery has hiked the anticipation for PROMETHEUS’ Blu-ray specs sky high. Finally, Fox has made with the details and fans, I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.

The specs accompany a brand new trailer which highlights an alternate opening, ending, and a slew of deleted scenes as the special features’ centerpiece. Of course, the four disc PROMETHEUS Collector’s Edition is the most stacked of the film’s home video releases, sporting said scenes and an entire bonus disc of supplementary featurettes. Those of you willing to settle with the plain ol’ Blu-ray/DVD combo will lack the bonus disc, but will get the alternate/deleted footage as well as token Ridley Scott commentary tracks.
