Regular demon blood not enough? Evil Dead calls for darker demon blood!

Earlier this month we learned that Fede Alvarez and company officially got started filming that highly anticipated EVIL DEAD redo. Now today we learn that regular old demon blood just isn’t enough for the flick!

I kid you not folks. Mr. Alvarez recently took to Twitter to upload a new photo from the set of EVIL DEAD. In this new shot we’ve got a jug of ‘Demon Blood Darker.’ That can only spell horrible, horrible things… and I love it!

Five twenty-something friends become holed up in a remote cabin where they discover a Book Of The Dead and unwittingly summon up dormant demons living in the nearby woods, which possess the youngsters in succession until only one is left intact to fight for survival.

This EVIL DEAD reboot sports a cast of young up-and-comers including Jane Levy, Shiloh Fernandez, Lou Taylor Pucci, Jessica Lucas (below) and Elizabeth Blackmore.
