Second clip and another cool TV spot from The Dark Knight Rises swoop in

Only eight days remain until THE DARK KNIGHT RISES (hopefully) blows our minds and the pre-release media barrage isn’t slowing down. Today, we’ve got two cool new vids to show you, the first being a second clip from the movie, teasing a scene in which Morgan Freeman’s Lucius Fox reveals ‘The Bat’ to Christian Bale’s Bruce Wayne. Oh, and there’s also another TV spot which sees Mr. Wayne getting some health tips. Neat stuff. Check’em both out below.

It has been eight years since Batman vanished into the night, turning, in that instant, from hero to fugitive. Assuming the blame for the death of D.A. Harvey Dent, the Dark Knight sacrificed everything for what he and Commissioner Gordon both hoped was the greater good. For a time the lie worked, as criminal activity in Gotham City was crushed under the weight of the anti-crime Dent Act. 

But everything will change with the arrival of a cunning cat burglar with a mysterious agenda. Far more dangerous, however, is the emergence of Bane, a masked terrorist whose ruthless plans for Gotham drive Bruce out of his self-imposed exile. But even if he dons the cape and cowl again, Batman may be no match for Bane.

TDKR concludes Christopher Nolan’s trilogy on July 20th, with a cast including Christian Bale, Gary Oldman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Tom Hardy, Anne Hathaway, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Marion Cotillard, Josh Stewart, Matthew Modine and Juno Temple (below).
