Second trailer for Josh Trank's found-footage superhero flick Chronicle

It's been a CHRONICLE kind of day. Earlier we showed you a new clip, still and exclusive interview pertaining to Josh Trank's darkly told found-footage superhero flick. Now, as it nears its opening weekend this Friday (Feb. 3rd), a new trailer for the film has been pressed. Peep that shite below if you're so inclined!

Starring Michael B. Jordan, Dane DeHaan, Alex Russell, Michael Kelly and Ashley Hinshaw (below):

Three high school students make an incredible discovery, leading to their developing uncanny powers beyond their understanding. As they learn to control their abilities and use them to their advantage, their lives start to spin out of control, and their darker sides begin to take over.

Despite Sampson's favorable word on CHRONICLE, I still think I'd rather see THE WOMAN IN BLACK this weekend. I'm not totally turned off by CHRONICLE, but it's simply not as alluring as I know many find it to be. That said, this new trailer does help the films cause. Well, except for that lame ass "rap" track.

This Friday y'all, will you be checking CHRONICLE?
