Sharknado 3 enlists Mark Cuban and Ann Colter?!

Last Updated on July 22, 2021

We know the SHARKNADO movies are always trying to top themselves in the crazy casting department, but this a whole ‘nother level. It’s being reported by Deadline that the Syfy sequel has just enlisted Dallas Mavericks owner (and notorious blowhard) Mark Cuban to play the President of the United States, while political pundit (and notorious blowhard) Ann Coulter will portray the Vice President. Creative casting, to be sure. Let’s hope Coulter gets eaten up real good.

The two join Ian Ziering, Tara Reid, Bo Derek, Jerry Springer, Cassie Scerbo and Chris Jericho in the film, which once again is being directed by Anthony C. Ferrante and penned by Thunder Levin.

Here’s the plot:

When a mass of sharknadoes threatens Florida, chainsaw-wielding hero Fin must again risk his life to save his children on spring break. But as he fights his way south, the sharknadoes merge and grow bigger than ever before.

SHARKNADO 3 will air this July on Syfy.
