We are just one short week away from the October 9th premiere of FX's "American Horror Story: Coven" and we now have an official image gallery from the third season's first episode, "Bitchcraft"! The new images are just a taste of what's to come as they introduce us to some of the returning cast members as well as a couple of new faces. As much as I've enjoyed writing about all of the batshit crazy teasers they've been dishing out over the last couple of months, I'll be glad to finally sit down and watch the damn show—FX certainly knows how to tease their fans! Over three hundred years have passed since the turbulent days of Salem and those who managed to escape are now facing extinction. Mysterious attacks have been escalating against their kind and young girls are being sent away to a special school in New Orleans to learn how to protect themselves. Wrapped up in the turmoil is new arrival, Zoe, who is harboring a terrifying secret of her own. Alarmed by the recent aggression, Fiona, the long-absent Supreme, sweeps back into town, determined to protect the Coven and hell-bent on decimating anyone who gets in her way.

"American Horror Story: Coven" will premiere on Wednesday, October 9th at 10pm and stars, among many others, Jessica Lange, Kathy Bates, Angela Bassett, Patti Lupone, Sarah Paulson, Evan Peters, Lily Rabe, Taissa Farmiga, Denis O'Hare, Josh Hamilton and Frances Conroy.
