Take a look at how they do things across the pond with these two Australian posters for The Raid: Redemption

Last Updated on August 5, 2021

Trust me when I tell you that you have to do whatever it takes to see THE RAID: REDEMPTION when it gets released. I was lucky enough to get invited to a local preview screening, and it absolutely blew me away! Unless there is a better film in 2012, this will make my number spot for the year, without question!

This film is going to leave THE EXPENDABLES 2 for dead! You want R-rated action? This is it, this film is bloody and messy, there are weapons, hand-to-hand combat and well hand to weapon combat too. This is the action packed film you have been waiting for!

It is getting quite the promotion overseas as well, Australian distributors Mad Man Films picked it up and have released some neat posters. The film will go under its original title of THE RAID there, and be released a day before the US. Scope out the goodies below!

As a rookie member of an elite special-forces team, Rama (Iko Uwais) is instructed to hang back during a covert mission involving the extraction of a brutal crime lord from a rundown fifteen-story apartment block. But when a spotter blows their cover, boss Tama (Ray Sahetaphy) offers lifelong sanctuary to every killer, rapist and thief in the building in exchange for their heads. Now Rama must stand in for the team’s fallen leader (Joe Taslim) and use every iota of his fighting strength – winding through every floor and every room to complete the mission and escape with his life.

The film stars Iko Uwais, Joe Taslim, Doni Alamsyah, Yayan Ruhian, Pierre Gruno, Ray Sahetapy and Tegar Satrya. Australian audiences can catch it on March 22nd, and US audiences on March 23rd.
