The Walking Dead will be nibbling at our heels again before you know it, and AMC isn’t wasting any time getting you prepared for that undead onslaught. The network today revealed four new character posters for the forthcoming sixth season of the mega-popular series, giving us arty looks at Rick, Daryl, Morgan and Michonne.

The Walking Dead tells the story of the months and years that follow after a zombie apocalypse. It follows a group of survivors, led by former police officer Rick Grimes, who travel in search of a safe and secure home. As the world overrun by the dead takes its toll on the survivors, their interpersonal conflicts present a greater danger to their continuing survival than the walkers that roam the country. Over time, the characters are changed by the constant exposure to death and some grow willing to do anything to survive.
The Walking Dead stars Andrew Lincoln as Rick Grimes; Steven Yeun as Glenn; Norman Reedus as Daryl Dixon; Chandler Riggs as Carl; Lauren Cohan as Maggie; Danai Gurira as Michonne; Melissa McBride as Carol; Sonequa-Martin Green as Sasha, Michael Cudlitz as Abraham and Lennie James as Morgan.
The Walking Dead returns October 11th.
