The Cleaning Lady Jon Knautz Alexis Kendra

I really liked the erotic thriller GODDESS OF LOVE, which JACK BROOKS: MONSTER SLAYER's Jon Knautz directed from a screenplay he wrote with star Alexis Kendra, so I'm looking forward to the new Knautz / Kendra collaboration THE CLEANING LADY, a feature expansion of a short film they made together a couple years ago.

While there's no word on when the film will be reaching a wider audience, it did make its premiere at Frightfest this past summer and a trailer has made its way online to give a look at the twisted tale Knautz and Kendra have crafted together this time around.

Co-starring Stelio Savante, Rachel Alig, and Elizabeth Sandy, the film has the following synopsis:

As Alice struggles to end her affair with a married man, she finds solace in Shelly, a reclusive burn victim who cleans Alice’s apartment. As their friendship grows, so does Shelly’s twisted obsession with Alice. When Shelly learns of Alice’s on-and-off affair, she takes matters into her own hands in order to cleanse Alice of her bad behavior.

Hopefully we won't have to wait much longer to hear details on a release for THE CLEANING LADY. Check out the trailer below and see if it looks interesting to you.
