Tremors 6 will feature a new icy Dirt Devil we’ve never seen before

Okay, here is what we know about the new TREMORS movie so far; Jamie Kennedy will enter the belly of a Graboid, the town of Perfection will be visited for the first time in thirteen years, and in the film "someone will have to figure out how to milk a Graboid!" (see synopsis below). Still no word on if Burt will ride raptors for America, as featured in the image above. Too bad.

On top of all of that, we know movie will be set in the arctic tundra. Does this mean we'll see Graboids, Shriekers, Ass Blasters, and Grabbers hanging out in igloos, and razing polar bears? I sure hope so!

What about a new arctic Graboid?

Well, earlier today Bloody Disgusting talked with the director of TREMORS 6, and other than the man's love of exclamation points, here is what he told them.

TREMORS 6 director Don Michael Paul on a new creature:

"What might you see?! Burt doing his thing!!!! Graboids doing their thing! Ass Blasters pouncing! Graboid goop and gore! And you might get an icy glimpse of a Dirt Devil as you’ve never seen before!!!!"

"…an icy glimpse of a Dirt Devil as you've never seen before", he says? I knew it!

Watch your asses, polar bears!

TREMORS 6 synopsis:

Burt Gummer (Michael Gross) and his son Travis Welker (Jamie Kennedy) find themselves up to their ears in Graboids and Ass-Blasters when they head to Canada to investigate a series of deadly giant-worm attacks. Arriving at a remote research facility in the artic tundra, Burt begins to suspect that Graboids are secretly being weaponized, but before he can prove his theory, he is sidelined by Graboid venom. With just 48 hours to live, the only hope is to create an antidote from fresh venom — but to do that, someone will have to figure out how to milk a Graboid!

TREMORS 6 stars Michael Gross, Jamie Kennedy, Tanya van Graan, Rob van Vuuren, and Greg Kriek, and will be unleashed on Blu-ray, DVD and Digital HD sometime in 2018.
